Millstream works on a contingency basis for all permanent positions. We feel this approach ensures the highest level of service and minimal risk to our client companies. We still operate our business under the traditional value of paying for services when services are rendered. In addition, our maximum fee is 20% of annual salary. After all, the cost of recruiting candidates should not cost our client company more than doing the recruiting themselves.
